COOKIE POLICY

Last updated:4 September 2026

1. About this Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how CVin, owned and operated by Quwa alihtirafiyya Company For Information Technology, Unified National Number 7038348160, uses cookies and similar technologies on cvin.com.sa and related web interfaces. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

2. What these technologies are

Cookies are small data files placed on a browser or device. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kits, pixels and tags. They may recognise a session, remember a choice, support security or measure use. Some are set by CVin and others by approved providers that operate a feature for CVin.

3. Strictly necessary technologies

Strictly necessary technologies support account sign-in, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, network delivery, load balancing, language and privacy preferences, checkout integrity and other core functions requested by the user. They operate without optional consent where permitted because the requested service cannot function reliably without them.

4. Preference technologies

Preference technologies remember optional settings such as display, language or layout choices beyond what is strictly necessary. They are used only after the applicable user choice and may be disabled through Cookie Settings, although a disabled preference may need to be selected again later.

5. Analytics technologies

Analytics technologies help CVin understand feature use, performance, errors and navigation so the Service can be measured and improved. Unless a technology is strictly necessary, it remains disabled until the user accepts the relevant category. CVin configures approved analytics to minimise identifiers, event content and retention in proportion to the stated purpose.

6. Advertising and campaign technologies

Advertising, retargeting or campaign-measurement technologies, if used, may measure a campaign or help present relevant communications. They are non-essential and must not activate before the user’s applicable consent. Refusing them does not prevent use of the core Service. CVin does not treat acceptance of the Terms as cookie or marketing consent.

7. Providers and international processing

Approved technology providers may receive online identifiers, device information, event data and consent choices needed for their role. Some may process data outside Saudi Arabia. CVin limits provider access, records approved services and applies applicable contractual, security and international-transfer safeguards as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Your choices

The user may accept all non-essential categories, reject all, or choose by category through the cookie banner and Cookie Settings. Reject All must be as accessible and prominent as Accept All. The user may change or withdraw a choice at any time; the saved change applies prospectively and stops future non-essential collection. Strictly necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the banner, but browser controls may block them and may impair the Service.

9. Current list and duration

The Cookie Settings panel must reflect the technologies active in production and, where applicable, their name, provider, host, purpose, category and duration. A session technology expires when the session ends; a persistent technology remains for the displayed period unless removed earlier. The inventory is reviewed whenever a tag, provider or purpose changes.

10. Browser and device controls

Most browsers allow cookies to be viewed, blocked or deleted. Device or browser controls operate separately from CVin’s settings and may remove saved choices. Blocking necessary storage can prevent sign-in, security, payment or saved-language functions from working correctly.

11. Changes to this Policy

CVin may update this Policy when technologies, providers, purposes or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date appear at https://cvin.com.sa/cookies. Where a new non-essential purpose requires consent, it will not begin until the required choice is obtained.

12. Contact and language
