PURCHASE, SUBSCRIPTION, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
1. Scope and operator
This Purchase, Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to plans and digital services purchased from CVin, owned and operated by Quwa alihtirafiyya Company For Information Technology, Unified National Number 7038348160. It forms part of the Terms and preserves all mandatory consumer rights under Saudi law.
2. Information shown before purchase
Before a user confirms payment, CVin displays the selected plan and features, usage limits, price, applicable taxes, billing frequency, whether renewal is automatic, any trial or promotional terms, the payment method, how to cancel and a link to this Policy and the Terms. Prices are displayed dynamically on the subscription and checkout screens and are not fixed in this Policy.
3. Order and electronic confirmation
The user can review and correct purchase details before the final payment action. A purchase is completed when the payment provider authorises the transaction and CVin displays or sends an electronic confirmation. The confirmation identifies the plan, amount, tax, billing period, renewal status, transaction reference and access to the applicable terms. If payment is declined, paid access does not begin.
4. Payment and invoices
Payments are processed through the methods shown at checkout by an approved payment provider. CVin receives transaction status and the billing information needed to administer the purchase; support must not request a full card number, security code or banking password. An electronic invoice or receipt is provided in accordance with applicable requirements.
5. Recurring subscriptions
Where automatic renewal is selected, CVin may charge the approved payment method at each disclosed billing interval until cancellation. The renewal amount is the amount disclosed for that renewal, including any notified change and applicable tax. CVin will provide notices required by law and a clear way to review renewal status.
6. How to cancel renewal
A user may stop future renewal through Account → Subscription → Cancel Subscription, where available, or by emailing support@cvin.com.sa from the account email and identifying the subscription. Cancellation should be completed before the next charge. CVin confirms the cancellation electronically and records its effective time.
7. Effect of cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless a refund is required under this Policy or mandatory law, the user normally retains access until the end of the period already paid for and no partial refund is due solely because the user stopped using the Service or cancelled after the charge. Deleting an account also stops future renewal, but the user should save any required content first.
8. Statutory right to rescind
Where Article 13 of the Saudi E-Commerce Law applies, a consumer may rescind a service contract during the seven days following conclusion of the contract if the consumer has not used or benefited from the service. The statutory exceptions and the facts of the transaction remain applicable. CVin assesses the actual purchase and usage record; nothing in this Policy removes or narrows a mandatory right.
9. Refunds for errors or non-conforming service
A full or proportionate refund may be provided where required by law, including an unauthorised or duplicate charge attributable to CVin or its payment flow, failure to provide the purchased digital service, or a material non-conformity that CVin cannot remedy within a reasonable period. CVin may first correct access, reverse the duplicate charge or provide another lawful remedy where appropriate.
10. Delay in providing the service
If CVin delays providing a purchased service beyond the agreed date, the user may request performance or cancellation through support. If delivery or performance is delayed for more than fifteen days from the contract date or agreed date, the consumer may cancel and recover the amount paid and other costs caused by the delay, to the extent provided by the Saudi E-Commerce Law and subject to an applicable force-majeure exception. CVin will notify the user of an expected material delay as soon as reasonably possible.
11. Circumstances that do not normally qualify
Subject to mandatory rights, a refund is not normally due for a change of mind after the Service has been used or benefited from, dissatisfaction with an AI suggestion or estimated score alone, an employment outcome, failure to cancel before renewal, or an issue caused by the user’s device, connection, unlawful use or third-party service outside CVin’s control. Each request is assessed on its facts.
12. How to request a refund
Send the request to support@cvin.com.sa from the account email. Include the transaction or invoice reference, purchase date, plan, reason and requested remedy. Do not send full payment-card details, one-time codes or banking passwords. CVin may request only information reasonably needed to verify the account, transaction and eligibility.
13. Decision and payment method
CVin reviews a valid request without undue delay, communicates the decision and reasons, and if approved initiates the refund to the original payment method unless law or the payment provider requires another lawful method. The time for funds to appear depends on the bank, wallet or payment provider. CVin will provide the available refund reference and status.
14. Trials, offers and plan changes
A trial, discount, promotional code, upgrade or downgrade is governed by the terms displayed before confirmation. Those terms state the duration, eligibility, price after any trial, renewal behaviour and effect on remaining service. A promotion does not remove mandatory consumer rights. CVin must not apply a paid conversion or recurring charge that was not clearly disclosed and accepted.
15. Payment disputes
The user should contact CVin promptly so an error can be investigated. A bank, wallet or payment provider may also offer a regulated dispute process. CVin may provide transaction and acceptance evidence lawfully requested in that process. A disputed charge does not permit fraudulent use of the Service or duplicate recovery.
16. Changes, contact and language
CVin may update this Policy for legal, payment-provider or service changes. An update does not reduce mandatory rights attached to a completed purchase. Questions and requests: support@cvin.com.sa.
